You never get over something;
you just get over the fact of it hurting you or the way it made you feel at a time.
It may seem hard to get to that point in your life
where everything is okay.
Everything is never okay;
there is always that little something that makes you feel terrible in the morning
or before you go to sleep.
It could be a memory of someone
or of something that was said or done to you.
It is all in our heads.
But it is all fiction
unless you chose to make it real.
I chose to not make it real.
